Job summary

Ultimo is seeking an experienced Implementation Consultant to drive EAM transformations for global customers from London. You’ll design, configure, and deliver implementations that stakeholders actually adopt, leveraging a best-in-class asset management platform.

You’ll lead workshops, translate business needs into scalable Ultimo configurations, and guide teams through go-live while ensuring timelines and quality are met across international projects.

Qualifications

• 3+ years implementing EAM/CMMS solutions in a consultative setting.
• Experience with asset management and maintenance processes.
• Fluent in English and able to work internationally.
• Legally allowed to work in the UK, NL, DE or BE; we do not provide sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end EAM implementations from analysis to go-live.
• Lead workshops and guide best-practice asset processes.
• Translate business needs into a scalable Ultimo configuration.
• Configure workflows, integrations, and reporting in the platform.
• Run multiple projects in parallel with tight scope and timelines.
• Enable users through training and hands-on support during adoption.
• Collaborate with consulting peers, product teams, and support.
• Help evolve Ultimo’s implementation approach by sharing insights.
