Qualifications

• 7+ years of enterprise technology or architecture governance experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent.
• Hands-on ServiceNow experience, preferably APM and CMDB/CSDM-aligned data.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day EA governance processes and end-to-end review coordination.
• Maintain EA governance documentation, templates, and procedures; ensure audit-readiness.
• Coordinate data gap resolution with architects and delivery leads; document impacts and paths forward.
• Produce portfolio insights for governance reviews, audits, and portfolio optimization.
• Ensure alignment between TRM, technology standards, and governance workflows.
