The role entails leading governance execution for Alation Cloud Services, training business lines, and coordinating with leadership to report progress. A strong background in SQL, data catalogs, and quality is essential.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of relevant experience in data governance or data management.
• Experience leading data governance initiatives and teams.
• Understanding of DCAM or similar frameworks and data catalogs, lineage, and quality concepts.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day data governance and management activities within a business line.
• Serve as functional lead for Alation Cloud Services and related governance tools.
• Provide training, awareness, and governance policy enforcement across the organization.
• Collaborate with EDGM, risk, and tech teams to ensure data quality, integrity, and regulatory compliance.
