Fletcher Technical Community College seeks an E2G Work Based Learning Coordinator to lead outreach, intake, and eligibility verification for E2G-eligible firms in Thibodaux, LA. You will manage partnerships with economic development agencies and workforce partners.

This role supports data collection, reporting, and participant placement, while coordinating wrap-around services and participating in events to strengthen Louisiana's shipbuilding workforce.

Qualifications

• Associate’s or bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years of experience in workforce development or related roles.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build trust with business owners, workers, and community partners.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency with standard office and data-tracking software.
• Ability to handle confidential information and meet reporting deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Lead outreach and intake for E2G-eligible small manufacturers.
• Verify eligibility at intake and maintain documentation.
• Operate the partner referral network with agencies, SBDC, trade associations, chambers of commerce, and prime contractors’ procurement offices.
• Administer participant data collection and surveys.
• Maintain the participant tracking system and prepare data summaries for quarterly reports.
• Coordinate placement of trained workers with participating employers.
• Collect and summarize participant feedback after activities to inform program improvement.
• Support recruitment of bootcamp trainees through college programs and networks.
• Coordinate wrap-around services for participants with limited English proficiency.
• Participate in events, meetings, and committee service; uphold a respectful environment.
