The position emphasizes organization, confidentiality, and compliance with federal requirements, with grant-funded funding and a full-time schedule. Prior experience in education and grants is preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Administrative or clerical experience in education, grant-funded programs, or workforce development is preferred.
• Proficiency with standard office and data-entry software (Microsoft Office/Google Workspace).
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills and a customer-service mindset.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and comply with federal recordkeeping requirements.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day program operations: scheduling, intake processing, recordkeeping, and document management.
• Maintain organized, audit-ready participant files and eligibility documentation in compliance with 2 CFR Part 200.
• Process purchase requisitions, procurement requests, and supporting documentation accurately and on time.
• Coordinate logistics for classes, sessions, meetings, outreach events, and intake activities.
• Enter and update participant data in the tracking system with accuracy and timeliness.
• Prepare and organize materials for quarterly reporting, recordkeeping, and audits.
• Support partner and participant communications and outreach efforts.
• Participate in program and college events, meetings, professional development, and committee service as needed.
• Uphold a respectful, inclusive, and professional environment for participants, partners, and colleagues.
