Job summary

Fletcher Technical Community College in Louisiana seeks a relationship-driven E2G Work-Based Learning Coordinator for the SBA Empower to Grow initiative. You will lead outreach, intake, eligibility verification, participant data, and job placement in a grant-funded, full-time role reporting to the E2G Program Manager.

Qualifications

• Associate’s or bachelor’s degree in business, workforce development, social sciences, communications, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years in workforce development, case management, business services, or community outreach.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build trust with partners.
• Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail and data accuracy.
• Proficiency with standard office and data-tracking software.
• Ability to handle confidential information and meet reporting deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Lead outreach and intake for eligible small manufacturers at port facilities, chambers, and events.
• Verify eligibility at intake and maintain documentation.
• Operate the day-to-day partner referral network with agencies, chambers, and prime contractors.
• Administer participant data collection and follow-up surveys.
• Maintain participant tracking and prepare quarterly performance summaries.
• Coordinate placement of trained workers with employers.
• Collect feedback after bootcamps and training sessions to inform program improvements.
• Support recruitment through college programs, alumni networks, and workforce boards.
• Coordinate WorkReadyU wrap-around services for limited-English participants.
• Participate in events, meetings, and committee service; uphold a respectful, inclusive environment.
