Job summary

Raymond James is seeking a Senior QA/Testing leader to drive enterprise end-to-end testing across services, data, and UI. You will own test environment management, coordinate cross-team testing events, and scale automated testing while leveraging AI-driven approaches for orchestration and self-healing environments.

The role requires 10+ years in QA/Testing, strong API/UI testing experience, and deep knowledge of CI/CD, containers, and cloud platforms.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of overall experience in QA/Testing.
• Experience in Enterprise End-to-End testing across Services, Data, and UI layers.
• Proven Test Environment Management experience including provisioning and stability at scale.
• Strong hands-on with API/UI testing tools and automation frameworks.
• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, containers, and cloud platforms for test environments.
• Experience with AI/agentic solutions for environment management or E2E testing.

Responsibilities

• Define and own the strategy for end-to-end testing across services, data, and UI.
• Plan and lead large-scale cross-team testing events.
• Build and scale automated E2E test coverage across layers.
• Identify upstream/downstream dependencies and prevent surprises.
• Own Test Environment Management across projects and releases.
• Design environment-management solutions (on-demand, containerized, IaC, self-service).
• Champion AI/automation for environment health, orchestration, and auto-remediation.
• Coordinate with Engineering, DevOps, Release Management, and Product teams.
• Track KPIs and dashboards to improve automation coverage and reliability.
• Mentor and develop team members and foster ownership.
