Job description

We are seeking a senior Test Manager to lead end-to-end testing across a multi-stream enterprise program covering User Applications, APIs, Database/ETL, and Business UAT. This is a leadership role focused on test strategy, coordination, governance, and reporting — not heavy hands-on automation.

Key Responsibilities

• Own overall test strategy and execution across UI, API, Data, and UAT streams
• Align timelines, dependencies, environments, and release milestones
• Lead daily standups, defect triage, and cross-team coordination
• Track risks, issues, and quality metrics; drive executive reporting
• Ensure full traceability from requirements to release readiness
• Partner with Product, Engineering, and Business teams for smooth signoff

Required Experience

• 10+ years in software testing, including multi-stream test leadership
• Strong experience managing enterprise-level QA programs
• Solid understanding of UI & REST API automation tools (Playwright, Selenium, Cypress, REST Assured, Postman)
• Experience with database, ETL, integration, and end-to-end testing
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps, GitHub, Jenkins)
• Strong stakeholder communication and executive reporting skills
