Qualifications

• 10+ years in QA/Testing with heavy ETL/Data Testing focus.
• Mandatory hands-on Informatica for ETL validation.
• Mandatory Ab Initio data lineage tracking & data comparison.
• Mandatory ODI testing of Oracle-based ETL jobs and data pipelines.
• 5+ years in Test Data Management (TDM) including masking, subsetting, synthetic data.
• Leadership experience in testing teams or cross-functional data quality groups.
• Strong SQL and data warehousing knowledge; cloud data platforms experience preferred.
• Experience with Python/PySpark, dbt tests, and data-testing automation.
• Familiarity with CI/CD and AI-driven testing tools is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead ETL Testing and Test Data Management teams with clear priorities and career growth.
• Own end-to-end test strategy for ETL pipelines including data validation and performance tests.
• Drive data lineage validation, data comparison testing, and testing of ODI/ETL jobs.
• Define TDM strategy: provisioning, masking, synthetic data, and data refresh across environments.
• Champion automation-first testing and AI-enabled test case generation and data validation.
• Collaborate with Data Eng, BI/Analytics, and Product teams to shift-left quality checks.
• Establish metrics and dashboards for test coverage, defects, and data quality KPIs.
• Manage stakeholder expectations and align testing milestones with project schedules.
