Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in QA/Testing.
• Strong hands-on experience in ETL/Data Testing.
• SQL and data warehousing concepts.

Responsibilities

• Lead ETL Testing and Test Data Management teams with clear priorities and career development.
• Own the end-to-end test strategy for ETL/data pipelines, including source-to-target validation and performance testing.
• Drive data lineage validation and data comparison testing using Ab Initio and ODI-based ETL jobs.
• Define and drive the Test Data Management strategy, including masking, synthetic data, and data refresh processes.
• Champion automation-first testing, evaluating, adopting, and building AI-driven tools to reduce manual testing.
• Partner with Data Engineering, BI/Analytics, and Product teams to embed quality checks early in the data pipeline lifecycle.
