Oversees quality risks that cross application, platform, and organizational boundaries and ensures effective coordination of E2E testing across teams. Acquires a deep understanding of the organization's applications, services, data, and test environments to identify dependencies, risks, and opportunities for improving test execution. Collaborates closely with SQM, Development, Infrastructure, and Business Partners to establish priorities and facilitate decisions related to product quality and environment readiness. Leads the design and implementation of smarter, more efficient approaches to managing complex, multi-layered test environments and simplifying end-to-end test execution.
