Job summary

HCLTech is seeking an E2E Test Manager to lead testing efforts across Finance (Regulatory Compliance) programs. This role is not a Scrum QA lead but a project manager overseeing cross-platform testing and POCs, interfacing with engineering/product leaders, and delivering program dashboards to VPs and above.

Responsibilities include creating test plans, defining tooling, triaging defects, and maintaining end-to-end roadmaps.

Qualifications

• Experience managing large scale testing projects/programs/initiatives.
• Work with impacted platforms Engg/Product leaders and track multiple milestones and deliverables.
• Create and maintain holistic project testing schedules, coordinating with cross-functional teams to track progress and communicate testing status.
• Expert creating Program Test Summary/Dashboards; present to VP and above.
• Develop comprehensive test plans and test strategies and identify appropriate tooling and frameworks to support all testing efforts.

Responsibilities

• Triage defects and issues, prioritizing fixes ahead of releases.
• Maintain understanding of production and QA testing processes; act as a point of contact between teams.
• Own/update testing inputs to E2E Project roadmaps, RAID, run Program Test Sync calls.
• Scale QA teams in fast-paced, growth-stage or enterprise environments.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP); Rally/Jira reporting.
• Prepare biweekly and monthly Executive leadership updates including BUR for senior leaders.
• Finance, Regulatory, Compliance domain knowledge is a plus.
• Amex Prior Experience is a plus
