Job description

Responsibilities

• Hands on expertise in developing and execution of test approach, test plans with milestones, coordination with all stakeholders and reporting.
• Subject matter expertise on Testing and QA processes, preparation of test strategies including test data and test environment.
• Hands on experience managing the definition, implementation, and integration of quality principles into the design and development of software and IT processes for the team.
• 5+ years' experience in monitoring, and analysis of testing quality metrics such as defect, defect counts, test results, and test status.
• Experience with test data setup for test environment across a customer journey.
• Hands on experience in automation testing & debugging using tools like POSTMAN, SOAP UI, REST Assured, etc.
• Some experience with GenAI tools for process automation or efficiency.
• Well versed with agile testing reporting tools like Rally, JIRA, ALM, SharePoint, Confluence etc.

Qualifications

• 10+ yrs. experience in software Testing with 3+ yrs. experience as E2E Test Manager for large cross platform projects.
• Credit Card domain background is a must.
• Must have good knowledge on SDLC and QA process of projects from initiation to implementation.
• Experience on test automation tools like Cucumber, Selenium, UFT, Tosca and should be able to determine the need, selection and implementation of Automation tools.
• Quality Assurance certifications like CTFL, CSTE, PMP or equivalent is a plus.
