Job summary

Granite Solutions Groupe is seeking a Senior Program Test Manager to lead end-to-end testing across the Client Reporting and PARis programs. This hands-on leadership role orchestrates testing with internal teams and external vendors in a regulated asset-management setting.

The role requires deep testing expertise, program-level governance, and strong stakeholder engagement to ensure release readiness and audit-aligned quality.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business, Finance, or related field or equivalent experience.
• 10+ years leading test management or QA for large enterprise programs.
• Experience coordinating testing across multiple projects and vendors.
• Background in data-intensive financial services tech and asset reporting environments.

Responsibilities

• Define end-to-end testing strategy across multiple programs and releases.
• Coordinate test planning across internal teams and external vendors.
• Oversee test execution, defects, and release readiness.
• Ensure traceability of tests to requirements and regulatory compliance.
• Lead data validation, parallel run oversight, and sign-off activities.
