Qualifications

• Knowledge of test planning, cycles, objectives and performance assessment.
• Knowledge of test program management principles and risk mitigation approaches.
• Ability to translate complex requirements into measurable, testable objectives.
• Ability to supervise multidisciplinary test teams and coordinate resources.
• Ability to analyze system performance and provide actionable findings.
• Ability to develop and execute complex test programs under operational constraints.

Responsibilities

• Supervises a team of test specialists and manages complex test programs.
• Translates requirements into testable objectives and develops test plans and procedures.
• Analyzes test cycles, security reviews, and detailed test objectives.
• Develops overall test strategy, objectives, methodologies, analysis, and schedules.
• Independently assess system performance and tests against requirements, providing clear results.
• Leads use cases and user stories to create test cases.
