Job summary

Bayforce, Inc. is seeking an experienced Senior Test Manager/Test Lead to support a large-scale servicing modernization program with primary focus on Finance and General Ledger (GL) testing.

The role requires guiding testing strategy, validation of Oracle/GL integrations, and end-to-end processes across multiple projects. The candidate will manage SIT, UAT and critical-path testing, ensuring data movement and financial implications are validated, while coordinating across cross-functional teams

Qualifications

• Experience leading testing on large, complex technology programs.
• Proven ability to manage SIT, UAT and end-to-end testing.
• Strong Finance/GL testing expertise in banking or financial services.
