Job summary

Capgemini is seeking an experienced Quality Engineering Lead to own end-to-end quality for a high-traffic B2C digital platform. You will lead a QA team, shape test strategy, and collaborate with stakeholders to ensure scalable performance under production loads.

You will drive modern automation using Playwright and Reflect.run, apply AI-assisted testing with Claude and Cursor, and own performance testing using K6.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in QA/QE with leadership experience.
• Experience designing test strategies, plans and QA artifacts from requirements.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end quality for the platform and manage the QA team.
• Plan, execute, and oversee functional, regression, integration, and UAT testing.
• Drive test automation strategy with Playwright (TypeScript/JavaScript) and Reflect.run.
• Lead performance testing using K6 and collaborate on tuning and validation.
• Integrate AI-tools like Claude and Cursor to accelerate testing while avoiding AI hallucinations.
• Manage defect lifecycle with Jira and TestRail and report quality status to stakeholders.
• Promote shift-left quality, support CI/CD gates, and upskill the team.
