Job summary

DSM-H Consulting is seeking a learning content designer to create assets across eLearning, job aids, and videos in collaboration with SMEs. You will develop modules using Articulate 360/RISE and publish them into the Dealer Performance Center (DPC), including posting content on the Client Dealer page.

Ideal candidates have 1–2 years of experience, a Bachelor’s in graphic design (associates welcome), and strong project management and clear communication skills.

• Bachelor’s degree in graphic design; open to associates.

Responsibilities

• Design learning assets across eLearning, job aids, and videos with SMEs.
• Develop modules using Articulate 360/RISE and publish into DPC; post content on Client Dealer page.
• Validate content with Rental SMEs and ensure alignment with DPC guidelines.
• Coordinate with Learning Consultant and SMEs; work in an office environment.
