Aditi Consulting seeks a Learning Designer to create assets across eLearning, job aids, and videos, partnering with SMEs and stakeholders. You will collaborate with Global Dealer Learning to review courses and publish into DPC, and manage content on the Dealer page.

Requirements include 1–2 years in instructional design, a bachelor’s degree in graphic design or related field, and experience with Rise, DPC, and LMS platforms. The role offers hourly pay of $40–$42 and full-time benefits.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Design learning assets across eLearning, job aids, and videos.
• Use 360 articulate/RISE to develop Dealer personnel learning modules on rental and used topics.
• Interact with Rental SMEs for feedback and direction on content.
• Work with DPC (Dealer Performance Center) to ensure content adheres to guidelines.
• Publish and post content in the Dealer page and related channels.
