The ideal candidate combines strong visual design with multimedia production skills and will turn rough content from subject matter experts into clear, engaging deliverables for internal or external use.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in graphic design or related field.
  • 2–5 years of corporate content design experience.
  • Portfolio showcasing layout, typography, branding, and digital production.
  • Experience with e-learning authoring tools and accessible presentations.
  • Proficient with Adobe Creative Cloud and PowerPoint.
  • Strong written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

  • Design training visuals and slide layouts.
  • Prepare clean screen captures.
  • Edit short-form instructional videos.
  • Create simple animations, captions and transcripts, supporting SCORM-ready learning outputs.
  • Ensuring all materials align with brand and accessibility expectations.
  • Help standardize and maintain templates, visual assets, and production workflows for scalability.
