Responsibilities

• Serve as a resource for Staff Development supporting assigned applications and workflows.
• Train staff on the functionality and use of the applications.
• Assist in developing e-learning modules using LMS and related software.
• collaborate with stakeholders to identify learning and technology needs and optimize courses for electronic delivery.
