The Specialist is responsible for serving as a resource for the Staff Development team supporting assigned applications. The Specialist must be familiar with the operation and all functions of the applications and workflows; while training staff on the functionality and use of the applications. Additional responsibilities include assisting in the development of e-learning modules utilizing learning management systems (LMS) and associated software; and working with stakeholders to identify learning and technology needs. This role also provides guidance on the retooling and optimization of courses and course segments to electronic delivery methods.
