Wachter Lowell, AR is seeking a Content Specialist to produce branded, accessible training and presentation assets including e-learning modules, videos, captions, and slide decks. The role combines strong visual design with multimedia production to turn rough content from SMEs into clear, engaging deliverables.

You will work independently, meet tight deadlines, and contribute to scalable training content while aligning with Wachter’s brand and accessibility standards.

Qualifications

• Portfolio demonstrating strong layout, typography, branding, and digital production skills.
• Experience with e-learning authoring tools, accessible presentations, captioned media, and LMS management.
• Creative collaborator who asks smart questions.

Responsibilities

• Design training visuals and slide layouts.
• Prepare clean screen captures and edits of instructional videos.
• Create simple animations and captions/transcripts for SCORM-ready outputs.
• Ensure materials align with brand and accessibility expectations.
• Standardize templates and production workflows for scalability.
• Meet tight deadlines and balance creativity with business needs.
