Job summary

Qualifications

• University-level instructional design knowledge; experience developing digital learning content.
• Familiarity with eLearning authoring tools (Articulate Rise/Storyline, Camtasia).
• Understanding of SCORM/xAPI standards and LMS deployment.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop advanced eLearning experiences, including modules, simulations, and multimedia assets.
• Apply AI-powered tools to enhance content development and personalization.
• Leverage LMS data and analytics to evaluate engagement and learning outcomes.
• Ensure accessibility (WCAG) and inclusive design in digital content.
• Upload, configure, and manage course content within the LMS and troubleshoot issues.
• Provide guidance to junior team members and support cross-functional teams.
