Job summary

LUV Car Wash is seeking an E-Learning Specialist to design and optimize digital learning experiences and technologies across the organization. The role partners with Operations and HR to identify performance gaps and translate needs into engaging, measurable learning solutions.

You will manage LMS governance, course shells, and reporting while driving training analytics, AI-powered content development, and onboarding processes to support workforce readiness and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Formal instructional design methodology experience.
• Experience designing across modalities including SCORM-compliant modules.
• Experience translating business needs into measurable learning solutions.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, implement, and optimize digital learning experiences and technologies.
• Serve as LMS administrator: course shells, learning paths, user enrollment, and reporting.
• Establish evaluation framework and generate LMS performance reports.
• Collaborate with SMEs across Operations, HR, and Field Leadership to create learner-centered content.
• Continuously improve assets based on analytics and feedback.
