Job summary

Advisor Group Inc. is seeking an E-Learning Consultant to design and develop digital learning experiences that promote adoption of firm platforms and compliance initiatives.

You will partner with trainers, SMEs, and business stakeholders to create engaging e-learning, videos, in-application guidance, and performance-support resources that help advisors and staff learn effectively. You will serve as the primary Pendo administrator, driving digital adoption and exploring AI-enabled learning

Qualifications

• Five (5) or more years of experience designing and developing digital learning solutions.
• Experience developing e-learning content using Articulate Storyline and Rise.
• Experience creating instructional videos, software demonstrations, and multimedia learning assets.
• Experience administering Pendo, including guide creation and platform management.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop engaging digital learning experiences using e-learning, multimedia, and performance support solutions.
• Partner with trainers and stakeholders to transform learning requirements into assets.
• Serve as the primary Pendo administrator for the Training organization.
• Create and optimize in-application guidance and digital adoption experiences.
• Develop instructional videos, software demonstrations, and job aids.
• Support professionals and compliance initiatives through scalable learning solutions.
• Assist with administration of learning technologies, including LMS.
