Job summary

Osaic is seeking an E-Learning Consultant to design and develop digital learning experiences that support advisor adoption of firm platforms, technology solutions, compliance requirements, and business initiatives.

You will partner with trainers, subject matter experts, and stakeholders to create engaging e-learning, videos, in-application guidance, and performance support resources, and will serve as the primary Pendo administrator.

Qualifications

• Five or more years designing and developing digital learning solutions.
• Experience with Articulate Storyline and Rise.
• Experience creating instructional videos and multimedia assets.
• Experience creating job aids, playbooks, guides, and workflow support.
• Experience with Camtasia or similar tools.
• Experience administering Pendo, including guide creation and platform management.
• Strong project management and stakeholder partnership skills.
• Ability to research issues, evaluate solutions, and implement recommendations.
• Strong written, verbal, and visual communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365 applications.
• Ability to learn AI-enabled learning tools.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop engaging digital learning experiences using e-learning, multimedia, and performance support.
• Partner with trainers, SMEs, and stakeholders to transform requirements into assets.
• Serve as the primary administrator and SME for Pendo within Training.
• Create, maintain, and optimize in-application guidance and adoption experiences.
• Develop instructional videos, software demos, job aids, playbooks and guides.
• Support financial professionals and compliance initiatives through scalable learning solutions.
• Assist with administration and maintenance of learning technologies and LMS.
• Organize and maintain learning content to keep information current and accessible.
• Research, troubleshoot, and resolve issues related to learning technologies.
• Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend innovative solutions.
• Manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Build partnerships across departments to support adoption.
• Mentor internal partners on Pendo development and best practices.
• Participate in special projects and other duties as assigned.
