Job summary

Osaic is seeking an experienced E-Learning Consultant to design and develop digital learning experiences that support advisor and staff adoption of firm platforms and compliance initiatives.

You will partner with trainers, SMEs, and stakeholders to create engaging e-learning, videos, in-application guidance, and performance support resources. As primary Pendo administrator, you’ll drive digital adoption and explore AI-enabled learning tools to enhance delivery across the organization.

Qualifications

• Five or more years designing and developing digital learning solutions.
• Experience using Articulate Storyline and Rise for e-learning content creation.
• Experience creating instructional videos and multimedia assets.
• Experience administering Pendo, including guides and platform management.
• Strong project management and stakeholder partnering skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365 applications and collaboration tools.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop engaging digital learning experiences using e-learning and multimedia assets.
• Collaborate with trainers and stakeholders to convert requirements into assets.
• Serve as primary Pendo administrator within Training.
• Create in-application guidance and digital adoption experiences.
• Develop videos, job aids, playbooks, and reference guides.
• Support professionals and compliance initiatives with scalable learning solutions.
• Maintain learning content, troubleshoot issues, and research new technologies.
• Manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
