Job summary

Osaic is seeking an E-Learning Consultant to design and develop digital learning experiences that support advisor adoption of platforms, technology solutions, compliance, and business initiatives.

You will partner with trainers and SMEs to create engaging e-learning, videos, in-application guidance, and performance support resources, serving as the primary Pendo administrator and SME to drive digital adoption.

Qualifications

• Five (5) or more years designing and developing digital learning solutions.
• Experience with Articulate Storyline and Rise for courses.
• Proven ability to create instructional videos and multimedia assets.
• Experience producing job aids, playbooks, guides, and workflow support.
• Proficient with Camtasia and Adobe Creative Cloud or similar tools.
• Experience administering Pendo with guide creation and platform management.
• Strong project management, organizational, and stakeholder skills.
• Ability to research issues, evaluate solutions, and implement recommendations.
• Excellent written, verbal, and visual communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365 and collaboration tools.
• Familiarity with emerging technologies including AI-enabled tools.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop engaging digital learning experiences using e-learning, multimedia, and performance support.
• Partner with trainers, SMEs, and stakeholders to turn requirements into assets.
• Serve as the primary Pendo administrator and SME within Training.
• Create, maintain, and optimize in-application guidance and learning experiences.
• Develop instructional videos, software demos, job aids, and playbooks.
• Support financial professionals and staff with scalable learning solutions.
• Assist with administration and maintenance of learning technologies and LMS.
• Organize and maintain learning content to keep it current and accessible.
• Research, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues with learning tech.
• Evaluate emerging technologies and propose innovative learning solutions.
• Manage multiple projects with quality and deadlines in mind.
• Build partnerships across departments to support adoption and readiness.
• Mentor others on Pendo development and digital adoption best practices.
• Participate in special projects and other duties as assigned.
• All other duties as assigned
