Job summary

Osaic in Saint Petersburg, FL is seeking an E-Learning Consultant to design and develop digital learning experiences that drive adoption of firm platforms, support compliance, and enhance business initiatives. You will partner with trainers, SMEs, and stakeholders to create engaging e-learning, videos, and in-application guidance, serving as the Pendo admin within Training.

As the organization explores emerging technologies, you will help identify opportunities to leverage AI and other learning

Qualifications

• Five or more years of experience designing and developing digital learning solutions.
• Experience with Articulate Storyline and Rise.
• Proficiency in creating instructional videos and multimedia assets.
• Experience with Pendo administration and digital adoption platforms.
• Strong project management and stakeholder collaboration skills.
• Proficient Microsoft 365 and collaboration tools.
• Ability to learn and apply emerging technologies, including AI tools.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop engaging digital learning experiences using e-learning and multimedia.
• Collaborate with trainers and SMEs to translate requirements into assets.
• Serve as Pendo administrator and SME within Training.
• Create in-application guidance, walkthroughs, and adoption experiences.
• Produce instructional videos, demos, and job aids.
• Support compliance, supervision, and tech enablement initiatives through scalable solutions.
• Maintain learning technologies and content organization.
• Research and resolve technical issues with learning tools.
• Partner with departments to drive learning readiness and adoption.
• Mentor internal partners on Pendo development.
