Job summary

Western Midstream is seeking an experienced E&I Midstream Operations team member to join our Carrizo Springs, TX site. The role focuses on electrical systems, instrumentation and controls across high, medium, and low voltage substations, with an emphasis on reliability and safety.

The position requires hands-on maintenance, interpretation of electrical drawings, and coordination with plant operations and engineering teams to optimize throughput and minimize downtime.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in gas processing or equivalent.
• Ability to troubleshoot control systems, components, and end devices.
• Knowledge of electrical and electronic principles is required.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance to maintain operations and regulatory compliance.
• Troubleshoot and repair electrical equipment including breakers and VFDs.
• Read and redline electrical drawings and P&IDs as changes are made.
