Job summary

ND Paper in Rumford, ME is seeking an experienced E&I Planner – Utilities to plan and coordinate electrical and instrumentation maintenance for safe, reliable plant operation. You will develop detailed work packages, manage SAP PMs, and ensure work orders are scoped and ready for scheduling.

Requires an associate degree in Electrical Technology or Instrumentation, plus PLC/DCS, VFDs, and CMMS (SAP) experience; journeyman electrician background is a plus.

Qualifications

• Plan maintenance activities for electrical and instrumentation systems.
• Develop detailed work packages and labor estimates.
• Coordinate with Operations, Maintenance, Engineering and Contractors.

Responsibilities

• Develop detailed work packages for electrical and instrumentation maintenance activities.
• Review work requests and determine required scope, labor, materials, tools, permits, and safety requirements.
• Create and maintain job plans within SAP CMMS.
• Prioritize work based on safety, production, and resources.
• Coordinate procurement of materials and outside services.
