Ascend Performance Materials seeks a Maintenance Planner E&I to develop and prepare E&I job plans for scheduling and work execution at the Pensacola site. This role focuses on routine, preventive, and predictive maintenance, ensuring BOM accuracy and proper materials, tools, and labor estimates.

The position requires extensive planning experience, strong SAP/CMMS skills, and familiarity with environmental, health, and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Ten years minimum experience as a qualified E&I Technician.
• Three to Five years minimum of planning experience.
• Understanding of the Maintenance Work Flow process.
• Knowledge of the Management-of-Change process.
• Experience with ESH requirements and how to meet them.
• Knowledge of equipment throughout the plant.

Responsabilités

• Plans the E&I and soft skills maintenance work (corrective, preventive and predictive) for the operating site.
• Provides effective job plans with material, tool requirements, labor estimates and work instructions.
• Plans mechanical maintenance work with regulatory compliance focus (OSHA, EPA, ISO 9001).
• Identifies the need for outside contractors and secures proposals.
• Reviews submitted work orders for completeness and accuracy with Operations & Maintenance Coordinators.
