Job summary

Capstone Copper Pinto Valley is seeking an experienced Maintenance Supervisor focused on electrical and instrumentation assets to lead our E&I team on site in Globe, Arizona, leveraging SAP and best practices to maximize equipment availability and reliability.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in maintenance, 3+ years in supervision within mining or mineral processing, strong E&I knowledge, and a valid US driver's license with English fluency.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in maintenance, with focus on electrical & instrumentation.
• At least 3 years of supervisory experience in mining or mineral processing.
• Strong knowledge of E&I systems and preventive maintenance practices.

Responsibilities

• Ensure safety and compliance across E&I activities.
• Lead and develop the E&I team; conduct performance reviews.
• Plan and execute preventive maintenance for electrical and instrumentation assets.
• Manage spare parts inventory and contractor services as needed.
• Utilize SAP and other systems to track work orders and KPIs.
