Origin Mining Company, LLC is seeking an E/I Foreman to lead a small team responsible for electrical and instrumentation maintenance in a mining setting. You will supervise technicians, troubleshoot electrical systems, and ensure safe, reliable operation of motor controls, PLC/HMI, and medium voltage equipment up to 13.2kV.
Ideal candidates have 5+ years in industrial electrical maintenance, leadership experience, and strong AC/DC theory knowledge.

The E/I Foreman leads a small team (2–6 employees) in the maintenance, troubleshooting, and installation of industrial electrical and instrumentation systems. This role requires a strong electrical background, working knowledge of instrumentation, and basic understanding of control systems (PLC/HMI).
Candidates should have solid industrial maintenance experience, ideally in mining, manufacturing, or industrial construction environments.
