• Advanced planning and scheduling of maintenance activities in a heavy industrial setting.
• Experience creating outage timelines and critical path schedules.
• Strong ability to define scopes, steps, and estimates for work packages.

Responsibilities

• Build, maintain, and issue daily/weekly schedules for E&I and mechanical crews.
• Develop micro-outage timelines, critical-path schedules, and contingency plans.
• Plan and coordinate capital projects with project engineers for seamless integration.
• Audit and advance work requests into a structured backlog with precise scopes and permits.
• Create and manage standard work packages for recurring tasks.
• Identify spare parts and build Bills of Materials (BOMs) in advance.
