Job summary

White Mountain Paper Company is seeking an experienced Electrical & Instrumentation Maintenance Supervisor for Tissue Machine 6 and the mill. You will direct electrical and instrumentation maintenance, set quality and durability standards, and manage planned work packages.

You will mentor and train maintenance personnel, oversee outage planning, and ensure safe operations while meeting uptime targets and budget constraints. Strong PLC, control systems, and CAD/Project skills are required.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent experience.
Journeyman AE/I qualification or higher; strong electrical/instrumentation background.
Experience with electrical drawings, loop sheets, schematics, and sketching.
Experience in maintenance planning, scheduling, and outage coordination.

Responsibilities

Direct electrical and instrumentation maintenance and set quality standards.
Review planned job packages, adjust labor and materials, and coordinate with planners.
Assign daily work to journeyman E/I technicians; monitor progress and safety.
Lead outages, maintenance checkouts, and continuous improvement discussions.
