McKinley Paper and Packaging Company seeks a Maintenance Planner to own scoping, scheduling, and prep for electrical, instrumentation, and mechanical maintenance in a 100% recycled craft paper mill. You will lead daily technician schedules, manage outages, and coordinate capital projects to ensure safe, on-budget execution.
The ideal candidate has an associate degree or technical diploma in related fields, 5+ years in heavy industrial maintenance, plus experience with CMMS and CPM scheduling.
Competenze
- Associate degree or technical diploma in Electrical Technology, Industrial Maintenance, Instrumentation, or Mechanical Systems.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in heavy industrial manufacturing maintenance.
- Experience with CPM scheduling, CMMS, and capital project coordination.
Mansioni
- Plan, schedule, and issue optimized daily/weekly work schedules for E&I and mechanical maintenance teams.
- Own outage planning and create micro-outage timelines, critical path schedules, and contingency plans.
- Coordinate with project engineers to integrate new asset installations into maintenance backlog and upcoming shutdowns.
