Job summary

Bechtel Global Corporation seeks a senior construction supervisor to lead a craft team on the Lake Charles LNG project. You will coordinate craft activities, schedules, and subcontractor work to deliver on time and within budget.

The role requires strong leadership, problem solving, and safety discipline, with extensive field experience in heavy industrial construction. This is a full-time, on-site position with Bechtel Total Rewards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (or international equivalent) required.
• 8–10 years relevant experience; or 12–14 years in lieu of degree.
• Proven supervisory experience directing craft professionals on large-scale projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team including superintendents and craft professionals on a Lake Charles project.
• Direct craft activities, schedules, and subcontract coordination to meet specs, schedules, and budgets.
• Ensure compliance with Bechtel policies, procedures and field safety rules.
