Job summary

Bechtel Corporation, Lake Charles LNG project, seeks a seasoned supervisor to lead craft professionals and superintendents on a multi-disciplinary site. You will organize work plans, coordinate subcontractor activities, and maintain schedules and budgets to deliver safe, high-quality results.

Qualifications

• Requires a bachelor’s degree and 10–13 years of relevant experience or 14–17 years of relevant work experience.
• Demonstrated ability to manage and lead teams.
• Construction experience on LNG projects.
• Experience in heavy industrial construction in supervisory roles.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team and supervise superintendents and craft professionals on the project.
• Direct craft activities, schedules, and coordinate subcontract work.
• Ensure tools, materials and equipment are available and compliant with specs.
• Uphold safety, quality, and project controls in line with Bechtel procedures.
