Bechtel Corporation seeks a seasoned construction lead to supervise craft professionals on the Louisiana LNG project. You will direct activities, schedules, and subcontract coordination to ensure productivity and alignment with project policies and budgets.

You will interpret design documents with Field Engineers and Foremen, oversee solutions with subcontractors, and ensure safety and quality through compliant field execution.

Qualifications

• Requires bachelor's degree (or international equivalent) and 8 -10 years of relevant experience or 12-14 years of relevant work experience in lieu of degree.
• Demonstrated ability to motivate and lead team members effectively & positively in a collaborative team environment.
• Demonstrated ability to problem-solve in high pressure situations.
• Experience in oil, gas, refinery, petrochemical, minerals processing, or power generating station construction.
