Job summary

Schneider Electric is seeking an experienced E-House Technical Lead to join the North America Power Systems Execution team. The role leads technical aspects of medium to large E-House projects, coordinating customers, project teams, and manufacturing facilities throughout execution.

You will own the technical solution, support sales and tendering, and ensure safe, reliable system delivery with strong cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
• 10+ years of experience in power systems engineering, electrical infrastructure, or technical leadership roles.
• Experience leading large, multi-unit projects and E-House solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead multidisciplinary engineering and technical teams through design, execution, testing, and commissioning of E-House and integrated electrical infrastructure projects.
• Own the overall technical solution and ensure successful execution across all project phases.
• Validate project technical scope, requirements, interfaces, assumptions, and deliverables.
• Monitor technical execution to meet scope, schedule, budget, and standards.
• Identify risks and drive corrective actions to resolve issues.
