Job summary

TransPerfect Legal Solutions (TLS) seeks a detail-oriented professional to provide hosting support to project teams and assist the SAM group. You will manage ESI processing, hosting, and document productions for law firms and Fortune 500 clients, with emphasis on accuracy and timely delivery.

Candidates should have a bachelor’s degree and strong MS Office skills, plus excellent written and oral communication.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree in related field with strong technical background helpful.
Knowledge of MS Office applications required.
Ability to convey technical processes in plain language.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Excellent customer service and written/oral communication skills.
Willingness to work overtime, including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

Provide technical hosting support to Project Management Teams and SAM team.
Assist with ESI culling, processing, hosting and conversion for end clients.
Manage communications with PM teams and clients throughout case life cycle.
Assist with email gate keeping for Managed Services clients.
Support billing and invoice QC for Managed Services and clients.
Organize and maintain historical data and client profitability reports.
Troubleshoot tech issues and respond to client questions about hosting software.
