Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent work experience.
• RCA Certification is required.
• Knowledge of analytics.
• Experience with Concordance and Summation.

Responsibilities

• Train Litigation Support Analysts on Relativity, Digital Reef, and related software.
• Assist Hosting Director with scheduling and team oversight.
• Serve as point of contact for high-level technical tasks.
• Guide junior staff to ensure project execution and quality.
• Collaborate with Hosting Leads to optimize workflow and address issues.
