Barchwell is seeking an e-Commerce Intern / Entry-Level e-Commerce Specialist to oversee and manage operations across our e-commerce platforms. This role offers hands-on training in sales, marketing, and technology with senior leadership guidance.

You will gain exposure to E2E e-commerce operations, AI integrations, and ERP concepts, while contributing to growth and optimization of online channels.

Formación

• Interest in learning all aspects of e-commerce operations.
• Basic understanding of website design and marketing strategies.
• Willingness to learn ERP systems, preferably Odoo.

Responsabilidades

• Design and enhance user experience of e-commerce sites.
• Oversee daily website operations for seamless functionality.
• Manage product listings, descriptions, pricing, and assortment.
• Drive traffic with marketing campaigns, SEO, and promotions.
• Monitor performance metrics to boost sales and conversions.
• Collaborate on social media strategies across platforms.
• Assist in integrating AI tools to optimize operations.
• Learn Odoo ERP concepts to streamline processes.
• Support inventory control, fulfillment, and drop-ship integrations.
• Integrate with Amazon, eBay, and other marketplaces.
