Location: Memphis, TN or Nashville, TN (On-site)
Schedule: Full-Time, 5 days/week, 1-2 Saturdays per month (with a day off during the week)

Position Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented, slightly technical E-Commerce Operations Specialist to join our team. This role is integral to the smooth daily operation of our Shopify Plus store, which supports a 7-figure revenue stream and is an essential part of our business. The ideal candidate will manage product data flow, ensure system integrations run seamlessly, troubleshoot technical issues, and coordinate with internal and external partners to keep our online store performing at its best.

You'll also collaborate closely with our in-house graphic designer and photographer to ensure that visual content, product imagery, and seasonal assets are updated frequently and accurately, providing a polished customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations of our Shopify Plus store.
• Monitor and ensure accurate product & inventory data sync between Lightspeed Retail, Shopify, ShipStation, and other platforms.
• Troubleshoot and track down bugs or system/API issues, working closely with developers and vendors to resolve efficiently.
• Manage and execute seasonal theme updates, product launches, and online merchandising strategies.
• Set up and manage online events, including discount codes, special promotions, and VIP customer offers.
• Coordinate with our graphic designer and photographer to ensure fresh, updated visual content on the website.
• Support email and SMS marketing initiatives by coordinating website assets and landing pages.
• Assist with system integrations and identify opportunities to improve processes.
• Maintain documentation of procedures, system workflows, and integrations.
• Provide support for other tech-related store initiatives as needed.

Preferred Qualifications:

• 2+ years experience in e-commerce operations, Shopify Plus preferred.
• Familiarity with Lightspeed Retail POS, ShipStation, and key e-commerce platforms.
• Basic understanding of Shopify Liquid, HTML, CSS a plus.
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Excellent communication skills for collaborating with developers, creative teams, and internal departments.
• Highly organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities.
• Willingness to work on-site in Memphis or Nashville; this is not a remote role but some remote may be considered.
• Availability for occasional Saturdays (1-2 per month, with a day off during that week).
