  • Assist with HR administrative tasks, including on-boarding, exit management, and employee lifecycle management.
  • Contribute to HR process simplification and digitization projects.
  • Help maintain employee data and ensure legal compliance.
  • Provide support for employee inquiries related to HR services, policies, and HRIS.
  • Assist in generating HR reports and analytics.
  • Support change management and communication initiatives.
  • Contribute to the implementation of HR solutions, policies, and process improvements.
  • Assist with maintaining and improving the quality of services delivered.
  • Collaborate with team members and other stakeholders to ensure smooth HR operations.

What Skills & Experience You Should Bring

  • Master's degree in Human Resources Management or a related field.
  • Proficiency in Google Suite or Microsoft Office
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
