Job summary

Brobston Group LLC in California is seeking a Sales and Ecommerce Specialist to manage digital sales channels, update product listings, and support daily eCommerce operations. You will work with Sales, Operations, and Creative teams to execute campaigns, maintain brand standards, and optimize online merchandising.

The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, analytically driven, and proficient with Shopify Plus, Klaviyo, Google/Facebook Ads, and Excel.

Qualifications

• Experience in eCommerce development, execution and performance measurement.
• Operational experience in planning and executing business plans.
• Experience with Facebook Ads Manager, Google Ads and digital KPIs.
• Advanced analytics, including Excel, for data-driven decisions.
• Proficiency with Shopify Plus, Klaviyo, CRM tools, and web merchandising.
• Familiarity with SAP front- and back-end and Airtable.
• Strong written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to translate data into strategic recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Manage and update eCommerce selling platforms including product listings, pricing, imagery, and descriptions
• Process and fulfill online orders including picking, packing, shipping, and customer updates
• Coordinate with Sales Operations and Creative teams to execute digital campaigns and new product launches
• Monitor and maintain duplicate listings to ensure a consistent online catalog
• Track and analyze sales performance to identify trends and optimization opportunities
• Support customer inquiries and commercial leads with prompt professional responses
• Assist with website maintenance including homepage refreshes, promotional banners, and seasonal updates
• Anticipate challenges and propose process improvements to support business planning
• Travel for business as required
