Job summary

Ruggable, a Charlotte-based direct-to-consumer brand, is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to lead daily warehouse operations and drive efficiency. You will oversee receiving, storage, picking, packing, shipping, and returns while promoting safety, accuracy, and teamwork across the site.

You will manage inventory integrity, coach staff, conduct meetings, and advance Lean initiatives to reduce waste and improve performance. Strong leadership and process improvement mindset are essential.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of warehouse, logistics, or distribution experience.
• 2+ years of supervisory or team leadership experience.
• Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and inventory control processes.
• Proficiency in Google Suite or Microsoft Office/Excel.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily warehouse activities including receiving, storage, picking, packing, shipping, and returns processing.
• Ensure timely and accurate processing of inbound and outbound shipments.
• Monitor workflow and staffing levels to meet operational demands.
• Coordinate dock scheduling and material movement throughout the facility.
• Maintain warehouse organization and cleanliness according to 6S standards.
