Job summary

Ruggable is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor in Charlotte, NC to lead daily warehouse operations, ensuring safe, accurate material and finished goods movement. You’ll manage inbound/outbound activities, inventory accuracy, and drive continuous improvement with hands-on leadership.

You’ll supervise warehouse staff, coordinate dock scheduling, uphold 6S standards, and partner with procurement, production, and logistics to meet KPIs and customer expectations. Competitive pay and benefits offered.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of warehouse, logistics, or distribution experience.
• 2+ years of supervisory or team leadership experience.
• Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and inventory control processes.
• Proficiency in Google Suite or Microsoft Office/Excel.
• High School Diploma or GED required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily warehouse activities including receiving, storage, picking, packing, shipping, and returns processing.
• Ensure timely and accurate processing of inbound and outbound shipments.
• Monitor workflow and staffing levels to meet operational demands.
• Maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counts and audits.
• Promote safety, lean initiatives and compliance with OSHA and company standards.
